By booking tours with Dubrovnik Boat through this website, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all dealings between Dubrovnik Boat (Service provider) and the Customer to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions whether they appear on the stationery or correspondence of the Customer or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dubrovnik Boat and apply specifically for online bookings.
Terms & conditions are written in Croatian and English versions. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of certain terms, the Croatian language version will apply.
Any unregulated issues will be governed by Croatian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be the actual competent court in Dubrovnik.
HT Pay Way security statement:
HT Pay Way applies the most modern standards in data protection – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol 256 – bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that the exchange of data between the HT system and the authorization centers of the card houses is carried out in a private network, which is protected from unauthorized access by a double layer “firewall”.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Your booking made through our website will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving it; in most cases, it will be immediately confirmed. With written confirmation, we guarantee all booked services.
No deposits are required for confirmed bookings. Tours will be paid with a credit card before providing service. All prices are final, expressed in EURO.
The price stated on the confirmation list includes the added value tax (VAT).
All payments will be in your local currency as we use the payment system.

USER PRIVACY NOTICE
Dubrovnik Boat takes data protection and privacy very seriously. We collect only relevant and necessary data to accomplish the specified purpose and to meet our obligations. Our buyers are informed about the way the collected data is used. Moreover, they can control and determine how their personal data is used. Buyers can also decide whether they want their name removed from the list used for marketing campaigns.
DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
In case of delay, please call the phone number provided in the confirmation or on our website. The provider is not obliged to provide the confirmed service in case of delay, although whenever it is possible, we’ll do our best to provide the service according to the booking. In instances where it is not possible, you’ll be offered an optional substitute.
Cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund, and please inform us as soon as possible via email or telephone.
If a Customer cancels the tour within 24 hours before start or after it starts or shortens it of his own will, we are not obliged to reduce the price. Under no circumstances will credit card processing fees be refunded.
In bad weather, the Customer will receive a refund or be offered a booking with an alternative date and time.
Please take note that bank transfer requires 3-7 business days.
Any unregulated issues will be governed by Croatian law.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As our private boat tours are tailored to provide an exclusive and personalized experience for our clients, punctuality is essential for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable tour. We kindly request that you arrive at the designated pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
In the event that clients are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled pick-up, we reserve the right to proceed with the tour without waiting for the latecomers. In such cases, the clients will be responsible for making their own arrangements to meet the boat at a pre-determined meeting point, without any financial compensation or reimbursement from our Service provider.
By booking a private boat tour with us, clients acknowledge and agree to this Late Arrival Policy and understand that it is their responsibility to arrive on time for the scheduled departure to fully enjoy their exclusive boat tour experience.
SPECIAL NEEDS TRAVELERS
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants. However, we cannot guarantee that all services and facilities will be accessible or available for every participant. If you have any special needs or require specific accommodations, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can do our best to meet your requirements.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend having travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Customer(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance coverage. The Customer(s) are covered by all-risk insurance while they are on the boat. However, they are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity on tour.
LOSS AND DAMAGE
Any loss or damage to equipment or property will be the Customer’s responsibility, and all replacement and repair costs will be charged in full. Dubrovnik Boat does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to Customer(s) or their guests.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
Neither Dubrovnik Boat nor its employees shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness, delay, or expense caused to the Customer, its employees, licensees or invitees, or any other person or any other persons attending the booked tour except insofar as such injury, loss, illness, delay or expense results from the proven negligence or deliberate action or omission of the Service Provider.
THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE
Dubrovnik Boat is insured for claims arising from liability for the death, injury to the body or health, or destruction of the belongings of a third party while the staff/owner of the boat is using the boat.
UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the terms and conditions before booking a tour. By continuing to use our services after any updates or modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
YOUNG TOUR PARTICIPANTS
An adult must accompany tour participants under 18 years.
PETS
All pets are welcome. Maximum of two pets onboard at the same time. Owners take full responsibility for them.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints should be submitted via email to info@dubrovnikboat.com. The Customer will receive a written response within 7 working days.
